Scope of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) collected by Hair Restoration of the South and Nicole Rogers, MD “online” (e.g., web and mobile services, mobile applications, however, accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobiles devices or otherwise) and “offline” (e.g., collection of data through mailings, telephone, or in person) activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by Hair Restoration of the South is referred to in this Policy as the “Company”, “we”, or “us”. The Company does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register with or use the Services. In the event that the Company learns that it has collected Personal Information from a person under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
