Hair Transplant on 64 Year Old Male with Diffuse Hair Loss
This gentleman underwent hair surgery for significant diffuse thinning throughout the top of his scalp. Dr. Rogers transplanted 1,613 1-4 hair grafts to the front and mid-scalp which were harvested from the rear donor region using a linear strip excision (FUT). Dr. Rogers was pleased that the patient was willing to also incorporate medical therapy, taking oral finasteride 1mg daily.

Front view of a soft, natural hairline, creating a gradual transition to fuller hair.
He underwent an incredible transformation, and his vertex (crown) area which had no hair grafts, filled in significantly over just 1 year’s time.
