Hairline and “Bangs” Restored

This 54-year-old gentleman came to see us because he missed his “roller coaster bangs” from his 20s. He wanted to add more volume over the frontal scalp and have the fun of styling his hair again.

He had no plans to shave his head and we proceeded with a linear strip excision (LSE, also known as FUT).
We started him on oral minoxidil 2.5mg daily and transplanted a total of 1,776 1-4 hair grafts.
